We often underestimate just how good vegetables are. They contain chlorophyll which negates chemicals, pesticides and even metal that finds their get into our food. Beets for example, purify our blood while the infamous Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower are also great for the liver. Vegetables like arugula, spinach, and chicory are great at neutralizing metals, chemicals, and pesticide that get into both food and the environment. They also help dispose of unneeded products and also increase bile production.
