4. Coffee & Tea
Contrary to popular belief about coffee being bad to drink due to the caffeine, coffee is also a great drink. When partnered with the right level of sugar and cream, it is great for the liver. It reduces the risk of developing cirrhosis and even repairs already damaged livers.
Tea is not left out either. While green tea works best for livers, black tea has favorable points too. Both teas contain antioxidants that combat stress and even harmful fat.
