1. Extra Crispy French Toast


  • Two eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Bread
  • Topping (Cream cheese, honey or pure maple syrup)

Whisk two eggs in a clean bowl. Add the measured milk and sugar. Beat the mixture and add the cinnamon. When the cinnamon has been added, mix carefully together. Submerge each slice of bread in your mixture in order to get it to absorb the mixture. Do this by soaking each slice one at a time. Heat some oil in a skillet, pan or griddle. Make use of medium heat level. Put your bread in and cook one side at a time. Flip to ensure your bread is well cooked. Don’t forget to press on your bread softly with a spatula to ensure your bread is evenly cooked and soft on the inside. When it is done, it can be served with toppings.
